convenient and clean stay
great location easy access few amenities
the location is great, with access to the train to edinburgh. a bus ride to gullane on the 124 bus is also very convenient. this place is ideal for golfers needing a few amenities. i found walking downtown for restaurants easy.
i needed to walk up narrow stairs (not a huge issue, but worth noting).

the hotel is within walking distance of the train station and the high street. it is also close to the beach and the golf course. many shops and cafes are nearby.

the staff are very friendly and cute. the communication was excellent. clear instructions for free parking were given (very helpful).

the breakfast tray was much appreciated. it included many items (especially useful when travelling alone). it made a filling breakfast possible while i relaxed.

precarious shower basic breakfast
The location proved convenient for exploring the area.
The condition of the shower was concerning. Its height made exiting precarious with wet feet. i found the continental breakfast quite basic.. it did not include hot options.

check in was very easy. the location is good, near everything. a nice selection of snacks was in the room. the room was a good size.
the tv had only a few channels.

the continental breakfast kit was in the room. it was handy and satisfactory. i found it very useful to have everything ready in the morning, so i do not need to go out immediately.
